Privacy Policy

What we collect

Trending Now collects minimal data. If you create an account, we store your email address and preferences (region, dark mode, hidden sources) via Supabase. We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, cookieless page-view metrics - no personal identifiers are stored.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookieless. Browser localStorage is used to persist your preferences locally (region, theme, hidden sources). See our Cookie Policy for details.

Third-party content

Trending content is fetched from Reddit, Google Trends, Bluesky, Wikipedia, Yahoo Finance, and news APIs. We display links to their content but do not store it permanently. Each source's own privacy policy governs data on their platforms.

Data retention

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Anonymous analytics data is retained per Vercel's standard retention policy.
